Description
Adhesive Anchor Installer Certification Training
This course contains basic training on portions of ACI Adhesive Anchor Installation Certification Program dealing with why proper adhesive anchor installation is important, information needed for a correct installation, drilling and cleaning of the hole, and inserting the anchor.
To complement the learning in the course, it is recommended to purchase a copy of the ACI Adhesive Anchor Installer Workbook.

Learning Objectives:
1. Explain the need for certified adhesive anchor installers.
2. Define manufacturer’s printed installation instructions (MPII) and the purpose of this document.
3. Describe the best practices for adhesive anchor installation procedures (drilling, cleaning, injecting, and inserting).
4. Recognize the equipment necessary for proper adhesive anchor installation; including drill, drill bit, hand-pump, adhesive cartridge, mixing nozzle, piston-plug, and anchor.
