Description:
A certified Post-Installed Concrete Anchor Install Inspector is an individual who demonstrates the knowledge to properly inspect the installation of post-installed adhesive and mechanical anchors and concrete screws, in concrete. The Inspector must understand the responsibilities and qualification requirements of the Installer, the inspection requirements as cited in the documents governing the construction of the project, and the process governing the qualification of anchor systems.

This 2-day session includes the following:

Day 1 - A one day review of the program study packet and a demonstration of proper use of adhesive anchor systems (requirement). You will then self-study for 7 days.

Day 2 - One week later. Written exams will be held one week after the one-day review session. You will sign up for your exam timeslot at the review session. Exams take 3.5 hours. If you sign up for exams only, your test time will be 8 am.

It is strongly suggested you obtain and review the contents of the Post-Installed Concrete Anchor Installation Inspector reference pack (CP81PACK) at least four weeks in advance of the review session/exams. Self-study is critical to your success in earning this certification.

Please note: This is not training; it is a review program followed by written exams.
