Abstract:
Bay-Lynx Manufacturing has introduced BatchPro Connect, a customer portal and application software system that connects wirelessly to sensors on the company’s volumetric mixers. The software manages orders and assignment of jobs, payment collection, mixer calibration, truck diagnostics, and service records. Future updates to BatchPro Connect will also include automation of the volumetric mixer set up.
