Abstract:
Palazzo Italia (Italian Pavilion Expo 2015) received the highest honor in the ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards program during the Gala event at The ACI Concrete Convention and Exposition, in Philadelphia, PA, on October 24, 2016. The project, located in Milan, Italy, was submitted by the Italy Chapter – ACI. Eleven additional global projects were also recognized in various categories: decorative concrete, flatwork, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, low-rise buildings, and repair and restoration.
