Abstract:
The American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) organized a study to evaluate laser scanning results as an acceptance tool for concrete tolerance applications. The study was conducted on a construction site in Walnut Creek, CA. Eight participants used their standard procedures to scan portions of the site, and their measurements were compared against independently obtained reference data.
