What test is available to evaluate the behavior of no-slump concrete as it is vibrated?

Q. What test is available to evaluate the behavior of no-slump concrete as it is vibrated?

A. The Vebe test can be used to evaluate the behavior of no-slump concrete as it is vibrated (ACI 211.3R, ASTM C1170). The Vebe test measures the consistency in terms of the time required for a given mass of concrete to be consolidated by vibrating in a cylindrically shaped mold (ASTM C1170).
