Seamless Board Transition with StarChapter

As a StarChapter customer, you have access to the online Knowledgebase which provides videos, webinars, and tools that will assist with a seamless board transition.  These resources support the chapter by training new board members on StarChapter features and help them build upon the previous success of the chapter.  To get you started, review their recommended 5-step process to ensure your chapter doesn't overlook the value StarChapter provides during your transition:

1. Update your Board of Directors.
2. Create new Admin User Accounts.
3. Change the Primary Account Contact.
4. Attend Group Board Trainings or schedule board training.

StarChapter Support also holds Board Trainings on an ongoing basis using screensharing and audio-conferencing tools. Full schedule can be found in the Knowledgebase portal.  If the dates and times listed do not work for you, submit a Support Ticket through the Admin Area of your StarChapter software and they will schedule a training at a convenient time for you.  All trainings are held at 3pm ET.
