Advancing Organizational Excellence (AOE), an ACI subsidiary, recently received several marketing awards for its crisis communication plans in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. AOE received a 2020 Hermes Creative Gold-level award for its Crisis Communication (Pandemic Response) plan and an Honorable Mention for work with client Rieck Services, on their Crisis Communication Plan – Healthy Building Solutions campaign. AOE also received two Summit International Awards for this work as well. Additionally, AOE received a Silver-level Summit Award for the AOE Crisis Communication plan and a Bronze-level Summit Award for Rieck’s Healthy Building Solutions campaign. The Hermes Creative and Summit International Awards are international competitions for professionals involved in writing and design of marketing and communication materials. With roots dating back to 1990, AOE provides full-service association management expertise and service offerings ranging from business and operational to marketing and technical expertise. AOE now manages the Post-Tensioning Institute, American Coal Ash Association, Slag Cement Association, and Great Lakes Cement Promotion Council. In addition to the associations that AOE manages, the team provides consulting services to about 30 different organizations in the industry. The AOE team makes its mark through its work in the concrete, construction, and association market, which creates a better industry for everyone and a stronger ACI.
