Attend one of our upcoming one-day seminars followed by the ACI Shotcrete Inspector Certification written exam. The American Concrete Institute (ACI) continues to collaborate with The American Shotcrete Association (ASA) by hosting two upcoming certification sessions for the ACI Shotcrete Inspector program. Two separate one-day seminars will be followed by the written examination. The first session will be held April 26, 2023, at the ACI Resource Center - Southern California; and the second session will take place August 23, 2023, at the ACI Resource Center - Chicago/Midwest. The April session will be lead by Oscar Duckworth, owner of Valley Concrete Services, Sebastopol, CA. He is an ACI Certified Nozzleman with over 25,000 hours of nozzle time and currently serves as Treasurer on the American Shotcrete Association's Executive Committee. Duckworth is an active member of several ACI Committees, including: 506 - Shotcreting, 660 - Shotcrete Nozzleman, and 661 - Shotcrete Inspector. He played a contributing role in the development of ASA's Shotcrete Inspector seminar, also known as "Quality Shotcrete - know it when you see it." Register for April Session The August session will be lead by Charles Hanskat, P.E., Executive Vice President and Technical Director, ASA.. He has been involved in the design, construction, and evaluation of environmental concrete and shotcrete structures for over 40 years, bringing his knowledge and expertise to many standards committees for ACI, ASTM, AREMA and ICRI. He also played a contributing role in the development of ASA's Shotcrete Inspector seminar, also known as "Quality Shotcrete - know it when you see it." Register for August Session
