Describes the various types of damage inflicted on concrete buildings in Kuwait City during the Iraqi invasion of 1991, and outlines the procedures used to evaluate the damage. Presents a case study of a multistory building complex to illustrate the nature of the structural damage, repair options, and repair implementation program.
