Abstract:
Sculpture in concrete ranging from small palm tree mailboxes to 8 ft gorillas and 250 ton sea serpents is the specialty of a Florida man who often has 20 projects underway simultaneously. T. J. Neil, who began as a construction laborer, enjoys sculpting in concrete because of the freedom of working without a mold. He is even into mechanizing his creations, like dragons breathing flames and snorting smoke.
