Abstract:
Some few years ago, as chairman of a committee of the American Institute of Architects, I submitted a report on the uses of concrete in architecture which met with favor and was published separately by the Institute and widely distributed. I refer to that report as it was responsible for my giving a paper along lines suggested therein before a convention of this organization shortly after its appearance. I have only a vague recollection at this time of what was contained in either the report or the paper; only a detail here and there of either standing out in my memory.
