Abstract:
Experimental and analytical investigations of fifty-five partially prestressed concrete beam-columns undergoing transverse flexure combined with axial thrust have been conducted. The tests were of short term duration. The variables were the number and the arragement of the prestressing tendons and the total prestressing force.
