Abstract:
Describes development and application of a nondestructive, noninvasive vacuum and bubble test to evaluate the "tightness" of concrete cold joints, caulked joints, form ties, adhered membranes, surface seals, post-tensioning anchorage pockets, and many other details, as well as the relative surface porosity of concrete and the extent of cracks.
