Abstract:
A practical grouting program to strengthen an existing cement masonry wall (CMU) at a spent nuclear fuel storage facility is presented. Grouting was performed from the outside to keep the facility functional and to comply with federal hazardous waste regulations. The grouting program and mix used are discussed.
