Abstract:
Over 2500 concrete test reports from 14 Florida and Georgia projects were evaluated for the correlation between increases in placing temperatures and compressive strengths. The 22 data sets in this review represented mixtures of design strengths between 3000 and 10,000 psi. Placing temperatures varied between 48 F and 100 F.
