            Abstract:
An analysis is developed for the determination of the compressive stress-strain curve of concrete in flexure. The method is based on using a "least squares" fit of a polynomial expression to experimental data from reinforced stressed is shown or pre-concrete beam tests. It that the method gives better correlation with experimentally measured moments than the finite difference analysis and can be easily adapted to the computer.
