Abstract:
The Queen’s Quay Terminal Building, a reinforced concrete warehouse on Toronto’s waterfront, was renovated as a mixed-use complex featuring offices, restaurants, shops, condominiums, a theater, and an impressive atrium. The renovation required extensive structural modifications to save the historical building.
