Abstract:
Cracking in concrete structures and the corrosion of the embedded reinforcing steel are costly problems common along the Florida coast and in many other areas with a marine environment. In Florida, numerous concrete structures erected along the coast in the 1970s are now showing alarming indications of corrosion distress.
