Abstract:
Examines the interpretation of quality-control charts. Both moving average and moving average for range charts are discussed. Control chart patterns are illustrated and their causes identified. This paper will provide the users of control charts with interpretation and guidance on their use and practical application for eliminating out-of-control problems.
