Abstract:
Polymers can be used to improve the characteristics of hardened concrete. This condensed version of the complete guide briefly describes the various types of materials and their storage, handling, and use. Polymer-impregnated concrete, polymer concrete, and polymer-portland cement concrete are discussed in terms of concrete formulations, equipment, construction procedures, applications, and safety.
