Abstract:
The investigation data of strength, deformability and adhesion between concrete and steel with new and known types of profiles are produced in the article. The research was carried out in the Research, Design and Technological Institute of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete (NIIZhB) named after Gvozdev A.A. (Moscow). The tests were carried out according to the international RC6EKB / FIP / RILEM method and consisted of pulling out the reinforcing bar from the concrete cube which was installed on the base plate of the test press. During the tests, the acoustic emission method (AE) was used. The application of the AE method allowed to develop the methodic which makes it possible to evaluate the influence of the type of profile and diameter of the reinforcing bar on the nature of the forces distribution in the region of concrete bordering with the shaft when that was pulled. The discussion of the informative content of AE signal parameters which was recorded during experiments is also produced in the article.
The results of the work can be used to develop a standard for testing of adhesion quality between concrete and steel.
