Abstract:
For years, concrete is produced at the plant for desired conditions some unknown time in the future with little to no visibility into the real time plastic properties of the concrete. With in-transit concrete management technology the contractor is able to see the location of their truck, and additionally; the slump, temperature, number of revolutions and any fluid that was added to that truck. By enabling in-transit additions of water and or admixtures contractors can assure that a more consistent product will be delivered on their projects, significantly reducing jobsite delays.
