ACI Student Chapter Awards

The Student and Young Professional Activities Committee (SYPAC) recognizes the achievement of outstanding student chapters whose activities align with ACI’s strategic goal to increase participation and add value for its members. The student chapters will accomplish this by increasing opportunities for professional and academic growth, as well as strengthening relationships between the student chapter and ACI and its Local Chapters.

To be eligible for this awards program, Student Chapters will be required to submit an Annual Report. Student Chapters that meet the minimum point requirement will receive a perpetual award plaque and recognition as an Outstanding Student Chapter. A new plate featuring the year of the award will be added to the plaque for each year of recognition.

Step 3 – Save copy of the completed Annual Report (PDF)

Step 4 – Complete the Online Submission Form

Step 5 – Add the Annual Report (PDF) to your ACI Student Chapter home page

DEADLINE to submit the Annual Report is December 31. Winners will be notified by February 1.

ACI Student Chapter Awards

The ACI Student Chapter Awards program was launched in 2023 and is open only to universities with an active ACI Student Chapter. Applicants are required to submit an Annual Report to meet the minimums points required to achieve Outstanding Student Chapter status. The student chapter with the highest level of points will be designated as the Distinguished Student Chapter of the Year.

ACI University Awards

The ACI Award for University Student Activities program began in 2010 and ended 2022. This program was open to all universities, including those without a student chapter. Applicants were required to submit a points-based application that determined whether they achieved status as an Excellent or Outstanding University.
