Current Convention - Spring 2025
ACI is pleased to be hosting its ACI Concrete Convention in-person, in Toronto, ON, Canada, on March 30 - April 2, 2025. The convention will have a robust schedule that includes traditional in-person activities. Select programming will also be available on-demand to attendees who choose to participate remotely. All committee meetings and all social events will be limited to in-person attendees.

Registration Descriptions
In-Person Convention Registration
In-person convention registration includes access to all committee meetings, sessions (live and on-demand), special events, and the exhibit hall.
On-Demand Technical Session Registration
On-Demand Technical Session registration only includes access to on-demand technical sessions. Note: On-Demand Sessions are recordings of in-person sessions and not eligible for CEU credit. On-Demand Sessions will be available for viewing under the "On-Demand Content" section of the convention app, within 24-48 hours of the live premiere.

Guest Registration
To register a guest, you must add the guest to the attendee online registration form. The guest registration fee includes daily breakfast Sunday-Wednesday and attendance at the Opening Reception, Concrete Mixer, and President’s Reception. Guest registration does NOT include access to any other convention activities.
Student Registration
Attention students! To qualify for the student rate, you must be a current ACI student member. All students who are not current members of ACI will need to apply for FREE student membership here. Registrations will not be accepted at the student rate until your membership application has been processed.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registrar@concrete.org. You may receive a full refund for in-person registrations through 2/16/25. After 2/16/25, there will be a $100 service charge for attendee registrations and $10 service charge for guest registrations. No refunds for registration will be made after 3/28/25. No refunds for special event or tour tickets after the registration has been processed. On-demand session registrations may receive a full refund through 3/28/25. After 3/28/25 no refunds will be given for on-demand session registration.
Anti-Harassment Policy
It is the policy of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) that all participants in ACI and its subsidiaries' activities and events will enjoy an environment free from all forms of harassment and retaliation. Harassment, sexual or otherwise, is a form of misconduct that undermines the integrity of ACI activities and events and violators of this policy will be subject to discipline. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
ACI conventions are ADA-compliant. Individuals requiring special assistance must contact ACI Event Services for further information. All requests for special accommodations under ADA are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be made allowing enough time for evaluation and appropriate action by ACI.
Photographs/Video
ACI will take photographs and video during the ACI Concrete Convention and reproduce them in ACI educational, news, or promotional material—whether in print, electronic, or other media—including the ACI website. By participating in the ACI Concrete Convention, you grant ACI the right to use your name, photograph, and biography for such purposes.
All convention participants are reminded that audio recording, video recording, and photography is strictly prohibited during all committee meetings and sessions.
Responsible Drinking Policy
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21. All ACI-sponsored receptions and events will offer nonalcoholic beverages.
Health & Safety Requirements
ACI will be following the health and safety requirements set by the local, state, and federal governments at the time of the convention. All meeting rooms and special event spaces will be set to normal convention capacities.
If an attendee requires testing for COVID-19, several testing locations are available within a few miles of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown including urgent care facilities, pharmacies, and hospitals.
ACI Event Platform & Mobile App
ACI is using Guidebook as the event platform and mobile app for the ACI Concrete Convention. All attendees will use this platform (or the mobile version) to access on-demand content. You must be a registered convention attendee in order to access the Guidebook event platform. The only way to access the ACI Convention App, is to login through the email invitation (From: ACI Concrete Convention; Subject: "You're Invited to ACI Concrete Convention"; Sent by: invitations@guidebook.com) sent to the email address you used to register for the ACI Concrete Convention.
