Tickets Available for ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Gala

Dinner, Gala and Reception at the Concrete Convention & Exposition November 9, 2015 in Denver, CO, USA

Tickets are now available for the American Concrete Institute’s inaugural Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards Gala taking place during the Fall Concrete Convention & Exposition in Denver, CO, USA.  $75 will provide access to the celebratory gala, including dinner, Monday, November 9, 2015 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

The Awards Gala will be an event unlike any ACI has hosted before -- with a focus on global excellence, this is the first project-based award program ACI has created.

Following the gala, ACI is hosting a Reception and Celebration that is free and open to all convention attendees from 8:30 – 10:00 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased online while registering for the Denver convention, or can be purchased separately in the ACI Store.

The Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards were created to honor the visions of the most creative projects in the concrete industry.   These awards provide a platform to honor concrete innovation and excellence across the globe, and recognize concrete projects at the forefront of innovation and technology

Concrete projects of all types are eligible to receive an award in the following six categories:

• Low-rise buildings;
• High-rise buildings;
• Flatwork;
• Infrastructure;
• Decorative concrete; and
• Repair/restoration.

Entries are being juried by an independent panel of esteemed industry professionals.  The most prestigious award will be the “Excellence” award selected from all projects, and will be kept secret until November at the Awards Gala.  First and second place awards may be given in each category.
