The American Concrete Institute (ACI) will host a Twitter chat to highlight the new ACI 301-16 Specifications for Structural Concrete, and answer users’ questions. The publishing of ACI 301 in 2016 means changes and updates have been added to better reflect the current state of the industry and this chat will serve as a forum for users to ask questions regarding 301 and structural concrete specifications to a panel of ACI experts. Join Michelle Wilson, Director, Concrete Technology, Portland Cement Association, and chair of ACI Technical Committee 301, Specifications for Structural Concrete, and Jim Cornell, General Superintendent, The Beck Group, and former ACI 301 Chair, on March 3, 12:00 pm EST, and tweet @ConcreteACI with #ACI301 to participate. Interested individuals are encouraged to participate in the online chat. Everyone can follow the conversation and contribute using the #ACI301 hashtag on Twitter.
