The American Concrete Institute is accepting project submissions for the 2018 Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards through Monday, April 2, 2018. The global competition is open to those who have won awards at a local level through a sponsoring ACI Chapter or nominated by an ACI International Partner. The Excellence Awards were created to honor the visions of the most creative and innovative projects the concrete world has to offer. Entries can be submitted in the following six categories: Low-rise buildings Mid-rise buildings High-rise buildings Infrastructure Repair/restoration Decorative concrete Download the Call for Entries to obtain full rules, project award details, and an entry form. This will be the fourth annual awards program, and winning projects have been selected from France, Italy, Japan, and all over the world. Take a look back at the winning projects from 2017. The 2018 winning projects will be announced during the ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards Gala on Monday, October 15, 2018 in Las Vegas, NV, at the ACI Concrete Convention & Exposition.
