ACI is pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 Concrete Projects Competition. The competition is held in the Spring and sponsored by ACI Committee S801, Student Competitions. Students are asked to submit computer programs, term papers, or senior projects related to concrete design, material, and/or construction. Submissions are limited to two undergraduate student authors and can be submitted in the form of a paper or presentation. In addition to receiving a cash prize, the winners are also invited to present their projects at the ACI Committee S805, Undergraduate Research Session during The Concrete Convention and Exposition in Rosemont/Chicago, IL, USA, March 29-April 2, 2020. 1st Place 2nd Place 3rd Place University teams have until September 18, 2019 to register for the FRP Composite Beam Competition on October 20, 2019 in Rosemont/Chicago, IL, USA, during ACI Convention. Construction Management students are invited to submit projects for the Concrete Construction Competition by November 1, 2019 and students researching nondestructive testing of concrete can submit papers for the James Instruments Student Award Competition by December 2, 2019.
