It’s time to prepare your 2019 Annual Chapter Report. Local chapters are required to submit an annual report to keep their affiliation with ACI Headquarters. The report also keeps headquarters apprised of the chapter’s activities, accomplishments, and financials. This information is used to develop new programs and services to support the growth of local chapters and disseminate the knowledge needed to use concrete effectively. The Annual Chapter Report must be submitted through ACI’s online form by Saturday, February 1, 2020. Printed forms will not be accepted. Visit the Chapter Resources webpages at www.concrete.org for a list of the material needed for the report and to access the online form. Annual Chapter Requirements If a chapter does not submit their annual report by the February 1 due date, the chapter will be considered delinquent and will not be able to access any products or services provided by ACI. Chapters that are delinquent for more than 12 months, will be in jeopardy of having their Affiliation Agreement revoked and the chapter will be disbanded. The 2019 online form has been emailed to all of the officers of each chapter. Contact Denesha at Denesha.Price@concrete.org if your chapter has not received the email for the Annual Chapter Report. Chapters that submit their Annual Report by the deadline, February 1st, have the opportunity to participate in the Chapter Recognition Program to receive the designation of Excellent or Outstanding chapter. Make sure your chapter receives the recognition it deserves! Contact Denesha at Denesha.Price@concrete.org with any questions about the Annual Chapter Report.
