Abstract:
To decorate polished concrete floors, liquid dyes are applied by a sprayer to create a random pattern and even distribution of color. Laser-cut, thin, adhesive stencils are used to produce highly intricate, artistic works; and multilayer stencils can be used to create three-dimensional illusions. These techniques, including surface preparation and testing, are described.
