Abstract:
A wide variety of aggregates, both dense and lightweight is used in refractory concretes. There are also several types of cement. Thus a wide variety of refractory concrete products with markedly different properties is available. Installation, curing, drying and heating practices also affect the properties of refractory concretes markedly.
