Abstract:
The old misconception that tilt-up construction is only suited for warehouse and distribution space is being put to rest by today’s tilt-up projects. No longer are tilt-up buildings merely the biggest, most quickly assembled boxes on the block. The industry is seeing first-rate tilt-up buildings that not only offer the classic benefits of efficiency and economy, but that also tackle construction challenges and unusual architectural elements. It is expected that the tilt-up market will continue to grow in use and complexity.
