Abstract:
The prediction of temperature rise is of primary importance when decisions are made concerning measures to control heat of hydration in mass concrete structures. The construction of a 2,120 m 3 concrete stack foundation in Northern Thailand presented an opportunity to compare theoretical predictions with values measured in the field.
