Abstract:
Over the last 40 years, there have been a number of significant advancements in concrete pavement technology, from concrete materials to structural design procedures, and from concrete construction methods to rehabilitation and overlay design. Dr. Tayabji has played a leading role in the development and implementation of many of those advancements, and this presentation captures some of those developmental highlights in concrete technologies and takes a look at what may be in store for the next 40 years.
