Abstract:
During the construction fo the Caspian Regency Hotel on the Caspian Sea, one of the fin walls at the central lobby portion of the hotel was placed with the top tilted 9 cm (3.5 in.). To avoid the need for destruction, the wall was pulled back to a straight position by tying the wall at various points to the adjacent wings.
